POSITION SUMMARY |
The Head Start Quality & Data Specialist at CHCCAA plays a crucial role in advancing our mission to expand opportunities and build self-sufficiency for our community members. This position has responsibility for ensuring program compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and other regulatory requirements by conducting regular site visits, monitoring classroom quality, and providing recommendations for improvement. This role supports continuous quality improvement by assessing program effectiveness, analyzing monitoring data, identifying areas for enhancement, and collaborating with staff to maintain high standards of service for children and families. The ideal candidate will use their skills to embody our values and contribute to our vision of a thriving, self-sufficient community. |
