| Position Summary: | University of Dayton School of Law (UDSL) invites applications and nominations for the position of Assistant Dean and Executive Director of Enrollment Management and Marketing. Reporting directly to the Dean, this senior administrative leader provides strategic direction for enrollment management, admissions, recruitment, and marketing for the School of Law’s J.D. and residential LL.M. programs, including traditional in-person and online/hybrid offerings. Essential Responsibilities Strategic Enrollment Management and Recruitment • Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-informed enrollment management and recruitment strategy aligned with UDSL enrollment goals for class size, academic credentials, diversity, and net tuition revenue. Marketing, Communications, and Brand Management • Partner with the Director of Communications and Marketing to develop and implement integrated recruitment marketing plans across print, web, email, social media, paid search, digital advertising, and other appropriate channels. People, Budget, and Cross-Campus Leadership • Lead, supervise, and develop the Admissions team, including hiring, training, goal setting, performance management, and evaluation. |

| Preferred Qualifications: | While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following: • J.D. or master’s degree in higher education administration, counseling, student personnel, or similar strongly preferred. |
