Symple Lending is an innovative fintech company transforming the lending industry by empowering customers on their journey to financial freedom.

We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales Enablement to lead the ongoing development of our sales organization. This role will focus on strengthening sales capabilities, improving performance, and helping representatives at every level reach their full potential.

This is not a traditional sales training role. We're looking for a hands-on leader who can identify development opportunities, deliver impactful coaching, and drive measurable improvements in sales performance across the organization.

• Lead company-wide sales coaching and development initiatives to elevate individual and team performance.

• Coach and mentor sales representatives at all levels, from developing talent to top performers.

• Analyze sales calls, conversion rates, and performance metrics to identify coaching opportunities and measure results.

• Deliver hands-on coaching through call reviews, role-playing, and individualized development plans.

• Partner with Sales Directors and Managers to strengthen sales effectiveness and address performance opportunities.

• Identify and implement successful sales techniques and best practices across the organization.

• Develop scalable coaching strategies that improve sales consistency, productivity, and employee retention.

• 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, enablement, coaching, or development, with a proven track record of improving sales performance.

• Strong background in high-volume, phone-based sales environments with expertise in consultative selling, objection handling, and closing.

• Demonstrated success developing salespeople across different performance levels and improving conversion rates and productivity.

• Exceptional ability to evaluate sales conversations, identify skill gaps, and deliver actionable coaching.

• Experience leading sales development initiatives across multiple teams or a large sales organization.

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence performance at all levels.

• A hands-on leadership style and genuine passion for developing sales talent.
