Graphic Designer in St. Louis, Missouri at EBS Recruiters LLC

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join a collaborative in-house marketing team responsible for developing and maintaining a wide variety of print and digital marketing materials. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with marketing leadership and fellow creative team members to support branding, product marketing, advertising, and visual communications initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong design fundamentals, experience creating marketing collateral, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite. This position is best suited for a creative, detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing projects from concept through production.

• Design, create, and update a wide variety of marketing and promotional materials.
• Develop advertisements, product literature, brochures, catalogs, flyers, posters, banners, tradeshow graphics, displays, and other branded materials.
• Create and maintain product, packaging, and miscellaneous labels, including barcode generation and proofing.
• Support branding initiatives, page layout design, logo development, and visual identity projects.
• Capture and edit product photography, employee headshots, event photography, and other images for marketing use.
• Prepare production-ready artwork for print and digital applications.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Assist with special marketing, promotional, and creative projects as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Approximately 5+ years of graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating advertising, branding, page layout, and marketing collateral design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with logo design, vector illustration, digital illustration, and print production.
• Photography and photo-editing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a small creative team.
