  • Contribute to brand strategy, annual planning, ongoing priorities, and tactical execution across relevant oncology brands, while establishing strong relationships with agencies and holding external partners accountable for quality, budgets, and timelines.
  • Identify and apply emerging technologies, AI-enabled capabilities, automation, and innovative ways of working to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and contribute to a collaborative, engaging, high-performing environment while maintaining high standards of integrity, compliance, and executional excellence.
Requirements:
  • A Doctorate degree, or a Master’s degree with at least 2 years of marketing experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of marketing experience, or an Associate’s degree with at least 8 years of marketing experience, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 10 years of marketing experience.
  • Pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial marketing experience is preferred, particularly experience developing and executing patient or healthcare professional promotional initiatives.
  • Experience leading peer-to-peer programs, congress initiatives, or other customer-facing marketing programs is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within a highly matrixed organization, coordinating effectively across internal functions, field teams, customers, and external agencies.
  • Strong project and budget management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workstreams while maintaining high-quality execution.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, Commercial Data & Analytics, and external agency partners, with familiarity with promotional review processes and systems.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate customer insights, business performance, and market dynamics into actionable marketing recommendations.
  • Learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and enthusiasm for applying AI, automation, emerging technologies, and new commercial capabilities to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail, accountability, and executional quality.
