Provides direct patient care and manages professional nursing care. Demonstrates excellence in nursing practice, appropriate judgment, and decision-making skills. Assesses and monitors patient condition and initiates appropriate nursing interventions when necessary.

Education/Experience: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current licensure by the Indiana State Board of Nursing. Minimum of two years experience. Current CPR certification.
