About the role

Tax Titans is hiring a Client Outreach Specialist to be the first voice people hear from us. You'll spend most of your day on the phone making outbound calls to new leads and existing clients, getting them on the line, and connecting them with the right person on our team. This is a high-volume, in-office role in Sherman Oaks for someone who's comfortable dialing all day, quick on their feet, and good at turning a quiet contact into a live conversation.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to new leads from our web forms, callback campaigns, and marketing lists
• Reach existing clients to keep their cases moving — document requests, scheduled check-ins, and follow-ups from our case team
• Get prospects on the line and live-transfer them to a sales representative, or book a confirmed appointment when a transfer isn't possible
• Follow up by text and voicemail when calls don't connect, and re-engage leads and clients who have gone quiet
• Log every call, text, and outcome accurately in our CRM and dialer
• Work from daily call lists and hit daily dial, connect, and transfer targets
• Keep every conversation clear, courteous, and compliant

Qualifications

• Experience in a phone-heavy role — outbound sales, appointment setting, call center, collections, or customer service
• Comfortable with high-volume dialing and staying upbeat through no-answers and hang-ups
• Clear, friendly phone presence; patient with people who may be stressed about their situation
• Tech-savvy — quick to pick up a dialer, CRM, and texting tools
• Organized and consistent with notes and follow-up
• Able to work on-site in Sherman Oaks, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Tax or financial services background is a plus, not required
