DeCoach Recovery is an addiction treatment center providing evidence-based care to people with substance use disorders. Our Fairfield office is growing, and we are hiring a Substance Abuse Counselor to join our team of professionals.

• Lead individual and group counseling sessions
• Support clients in crisis and connect them to resources
• Work with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers
• Keep accurate and timely clinical notes and records
• Take part in team meetings, case consultations, and supervision

• Current Ohio LCDC II or LCDC III license
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage a caseload and meet documentation deadlines
• Ability to work well on a team and on your own
