That is why we are hiring a Customer Service Coordinator to help us provide the best possible experience for our customers who work with us. This person will bridge the gap between what our customers need and what we are delivering. The ideal candidate is dedicated to going above and beyond for a customer, and ensuring each customer feels their challenges are solved and that they feel they are a valued customer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the flow of customer orders from Receipt to Delivery.
• Assist with Inventory replenishment for Multiple warehouses.
• Support/Manage company’s inventory ensuring accurate records and optimizing stock levels.
• Track inventory, manage deliveries and maintain records.
• Coordinate the delivery of materials ensuring efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations.

Required Skill/Abilities:

• Must be able to Multi task effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability, backed by good judgement.
• Must be Detail oriented & take pride in accuracy of reporting
• Customer service experience with a background in manufacturing and/or distribution is Preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel / Office, and customer service software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
