Customer Service Coordinator at South Atlantic LLC – Chattanooga, Tennessee

This person will bridge the gap between what our customers need and what we are delivering. The ideal candidate is dedicated to going above and beyond for a customer, and ensuring each customer feels their challenges are solved and that they feel they are a valued customer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the flow of customer orders from Receipt to Delivery.
• Assist with Inventory replenishment for Multiple warehouses.
• Support/Manage company’s inventory ensuring accurate records and optimizing stock levels.
• Track inventory, manage deliveries and maintain records.
• Coordinate the delivery of materials ensuring efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations.

Required Skill/Abilities:

• Must be able to Multi task effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability, backed by good judgement.
• Must be Detail oriented & take pride in accuracy of reporting
• Customer service experience with a background in manufacturing and/or distribution is Preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel / Office, and customer service software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
