In this role, you will work closely with obstetricians, midwives, and a multidisciplinary team to support families in the childbirth process, ensuring the highest standards of maternal and infant care.Strong knowledge of labor and delivery process and procedures.High competency in fetal monitoring and well-versed in prenatal care.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, equipped to handle sensitive situations with compassion.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.Ability to advocate for the needs of the patient and communicate with multidisciplinary teams.
