Registered Veterinary Technician– Emergency
Location: Concord, CA
Compensation: $25–$40/hr (DOE) + $5.50/hr for any hours worked between 6pm & 6am

We foster a collaborative environment that values continuous learning, mutual respect, and strong team dynamics across all departments.What You’ll DoAs an Emergency RVT, you’ll play a vital role in patient care and client service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Triaging emergency patients and supporting clients throughout their visit
• Partnering with DVMs on assessments, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures
• Collecting and processing laboratory samples (blood, urine, aspirates, etc.)
• Assisting with imaging and advanced patient assessments
• Executing, monitoring, and recovering anesthesia and sedation events
• Delivering consistent, high-quality nursing care

About YouYou’re a skilled and compassionate veterinary professional who:

• Holds a current and valid CA RVT license and has 2+ years of ER/clinical experience
• Thrives in a fast-paced emergency environment
• Is proficient in venipuncture, IV catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring, drug calculations, and patient handling
• Communicates effectively with clients and colleagues
• Values teamwork, continuous learning, and professional growth
