SVP/Svc Line Leader - Surgical at Parkview Health – Fort Wayne, Indiana

A Masters degree in Health Care Administration Business Administration Nursing or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates an advanced knowledge of hospitals ambulatory practices policies and procedures in order to direct plan and implement various hospital systems. 7-10 years of healthcare leadership experience related to program specialties that demonstrates knowledge of organization operation and coordination of health system activities. Proven track record in program integration execution development and expansion required. Experience collaborating and building successful relationships with educational institutions is also a plus. Graduate Medical Education experience is also a plus. Must demonstrate ability to build and maintain relationships drive performance and ensure operational success at Parkview Health. Proven ability to lead both personnel and physicians in a direction that fulfills the mission and goals of Parkview Health as well as the ability to plan implement and evaluate change. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical abilities (both strategic and financial) to develop design implement and evaluate systems and prepare analysis identifying critical concerns and recommending corrective action and to develop and administer policies budgets operational models and oversee work of others. Interpersonal skills necessary to provide effective leadership.
