The Elms Resort & Spa is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will support the housekeeping managers in leading the housekeeping department to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise housekeeping operations to maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, comfort, and aesthetics across guest rooms, public spaces, and resort facilities.
• Assist in staff scheduling to ensure smooth operations during evenings, nights, weekends, and peak periods.
• Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage inventory control of linens, supplies, and housekeeping equipment.
• Support budget management, revenue forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
