We're looking for a driven, results-oriented Wholesale Charter Sales Representative to build and manage broker and operator relationships and sell aircraft charter services in a fast-paced, high-reward environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with aviation brokers, charter operators, and industry partners
• Manage fleet sales and strategic positioning to maximize revenue
• Respond to trip requests from wholesale partners with accurate quotes and aircraft options
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and availability to close high-value charter trips
• Maintain detailed records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
• Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure seamless trip execution
• Attend industry events and trade shows as a brand ambassador

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, aviation, or a combination of both
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• All aviation professionals encouraged to apply
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet revenue targets
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
• Knowledge of private aviation is a plus
• Proficient with CRM tools

What We Offer

• Base salary + uncapped commission with a potential to earn $80,000 - $150,000/year
