CAH- Lafargeville School Based Clinic – LPN– Full Time-Day Shift-7:30a-3:30p – Req#7772

Pay Range $24.16-$31.40*

Provides care for patients in a school-based clinic setting under the supervision of a Qualified Medical Practitioner (QMP). The Clinic Nurse performs tasks and responsibilities within the framework of teaching, health counseling, and provision of supportive and restorative care under the direction of a QMP. The Clinic Nurse ensures that compassionate, engaged care meets or exceeds quality standards. May be required to float to other clinics as needed as determined by Nurse or Clinic Manager.

Requirements:

• Valid NYS LPN License

• Completion of successful EKG orientation

• Current BLS certification.

Preferred:

• One (1) year experience as LPN in a clinic setting.
