Location: Remote: Service area includes:
Destin, Panama City, Santa Rosa Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, Grayton Beach, Rosemary beach, Watercolor, Miramar and Sandestin.
Schedule:
3 x 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
OR4 x 9-hour shifts (9:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Compensation:
$60.00/ hr. - $63.00/hr

Role Overview:
As a Nurse Practitioner at Medical House Calls, you will oversee patient health management and provide leadership and support to our clinic’s operations and staff. This pivotal role ensures we bring health services directly to our patients in the most convenient locations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history, physical exams, and health assessments.
- Develop and document comprehensive care plans, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Administer and prescribe treatments such as injections, immunizations, and medications, in compliance with legal standards.
- Perform routine procedures, including suturing, lab draws, IV administration, and radiological testing.
- Coordinate patient care, including referrals to specialists and communication of test results.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive practices.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and confidentiality in all patient interactions.
- Maintain certification in Basic Life Support and continuously develop professional skills.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Advanced clinical skills for physical assessments and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Strong collaboration abilities with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse patient populations.
- Proficiency in managing a high volume of patients in a fast-paced setting.
- Deep knowledge of primary and urgent care practices, medical terminology, and coding guidelines.
- Expertise in minor medical procedures and use of electronic health records.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with a preference for those with an urgent care or family practice background.
- Master’s degree in Nursing, board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and a valid state license are required.
