The Opportunity:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Sales Administrator to join our team at our Port Washington headquarters. This is an exciting entry-level role, ideal for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of the furniture industry through a hands-on experience in supporting key sales operations.
What You’ll be Doing:
· Assist the sales team in managing and maintaining digital catalogs across various retail accounts.
· Maintain and update multiple databases, including pricing and product attributes, ensuring accuracy and organization.
· Identify areas to enhance our shopping experience across multiple retail platforms and help implement actionable solutions.
· Support client communication by providing timely, professional responses and working collaboratively across departments.
Who You Are:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred but not required
· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
· Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Compensation:
· $25.00/ hour + commission
· Benefits – 401k (with 2% match), medical, vision, dental, paid holiday, vacation and sick time
· Company shuttle service available to transport commuters to/from the Port Washington LIRR station
