Commas Financial Advisor Job Profile:
The Commas Financial Advisor is a CFP® professional who owns and leads a defined group of client relationships. This is a hands-on, client-facing role. You are responsible for guiding clients through financial decisions, leading meetings, and ensuring consistent follow-through across planning, investments, and ongoing service. Commas helps high-earning professionals and young families bring clarity and confidence to their growing financial lives. The work often centers around real-world decisions like managing cash flow, navigating equity compensation, and planning for the future while still in the accumulation phase. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys building relationships, can stay organized across a meaningful number of client interactions, and takes pride in delivering a high level of service over time.

Behind the scenes, we’ve built systems and internal tools that support advisors and create a more consistent client experience. Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a defined set of client relationships
- Conduct discovery and ongoing planning meetings
- Deliver advice across cash flow, investing, tax considerations, and long-term planning
- Provide guidance during periods of uncertainty or market volatility
- Own client communication, follow-up, and service requests
- Maintain strong organization across all client interactions
- Contribute to team initiatives and process improvements where appropriate
- Support firm growth through small but consistent actions (introductions, sharing content, etc.)

Requirements:
- CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation required.
- Passion for delivering fiduciary guidance and financial education to individuals and families.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships with consistency and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify financial concepts
- A client-first mindset focused on long-term relationships
- Comfort operating in a structured, systems-driven environment
- Willingness to contribute to a growing and evolving team
- Demonstrate initiative to grow both personally and professionally as our industry and firm changes.
Physical & Environmental Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of working on a computer and occasional periods sitting.
· May have to lift up to 15 pounds.
· Minimal travel required. Frequent attendance at internal meetings required.
· Occasional attendance at meeting with outside partners.
· Travel outside the region may be required for business and/or professional development.
