Crucial responsibilities are team performance, increased sales and profitability, and ensuring effective cost controls are in place. You will also be responsible for the development and retention of your management team and Varsity Caliber Team Members. You are also the ambassador in your community creating community connections and extending our fan base through local store marketing.
