Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

- Conduct bilingual communication to ensure clear understanding of job requirements and candidate qualifications

- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding

- Collaborate with team members to develop effective staffing strategies

- Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions in our applicant tracking system

- Stay informed about industry trends and local labor market conditions

Skills and Qualifications:

- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages

- Proven experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources preferred

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in staffing

- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite

Requirements:

Bilingual (Spanish and English).

Proven experience in recruitment.

Full-time availability.

Reliable transportation (must have own vehicle).

Organized, communicative, proactive, and solution-oriented

Schedule:

Monday to Friday – Full-time.

Weekend on call availability (as needed).

Compensation:

Base Salary: $3,500/month + Bonus

Performance Bonuses available
