About This Position
Job SummaryLS Cable & System USA is seeking an Associate to support the successful execution of electrical busway system projects. This role coordinates project activities, supports cross-functional communication, and helps ensure on-time project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, scheduling, and executing busway system projects from initiation to close-out.Support project pricing activities and prepare quotations.Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Sales, Production, Logistics) to ensure smooth project workflow.Track project schedules, documentation, and action items; escalate issues and risks as needed.Support communication with clients, contractors, and vendors; organize meetings and provide timely updates.Coordinate procurement status, manufacturing progress, inventory availability, and site delivery/installation schedules.Support quality, compliance, and safety requirements; assist with site visits/inspections as needed.Support project close-out, including final documentation and customer acceptance.
Travel / Site VisitsFrequent travel and on-site visits are required depending on project needs (including customer sites and job sites).Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.Entry-level candidates welcome (0+ years). Internship/co-op experience in project coordination is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Microsoft Project and/or ERP tools such as SAP is preferred.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.Bilingual in Korean and English (required).Spanish is a plus.Knowledge of busway systems and power distribution solutions is a plus.Work Authorization / SponsorshipWork authorization requirements and visa sponsorship availability will be reviewed in accordance with company policy and applicable regulations.Why Join LS Cable & System USA?Work with a global leader in electrical and power distribution solutions.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Hands-on experience in high-impact infrastructure projects.Competitive benefits package.Scan to Apply
