About the Role
Foxit is hiring a Channel Specialist to support our growing EMEA channel business. This role is a strong entry point into channel sales, partner operations, and commercial support within a global software company.
You will work closely with Channel Managers and channel partners across EMEA to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. This includes partner communication, reporting, order and license support, data validation, and helping ensure processes are followed consistently across systems and teams.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in systems, and interested in building a career in channel operations or channel management.
What You’ll DoChannel & Internal Communication- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for Foxit’s channel partner network across EMEA
- Support communication between partners and Foxit Channel Managers
- Respond to or route partner requests related to orders, licenses, reporting, and operational processes
- Help ensure timely and accurate follow-up on partner needs
- Prepare, update, and maintain channel reporting in Salesforce
- Support order and financial process coordination in NetSuite
- Assist with license tracking and administration in Foxit’s License Management System
- Maintain strong data accuracy and consistency across systems
- Help identify and resolve missing, incomplete, or inconsistent data
- Monitor partner activity, pipeline movement, and deal progression
- Support Channel Managers with operational coordination, reporting, and data validation
- Track follow-ups and help keep partner-related workflows moving efficiently
- Provide reliable day-to-day support that improves visibility and execution across the EMEA channel business
- Follow established channel processes and operational standards
- Help ensure compliance and accuracy across reporting and partner workflows
- Identify recurring issues, inefficiencies, or gaps and raise them proactively
- Contribute ideas that improve partner experience and internal operating efficiency
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, channel support, partner operations, or a related function
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data, systems, and process-driven workflows
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
- Service-oriented mindset with a proactive, dependable approach
- Interest in B2B software, partner ecosystems, and channel operations
- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar CRM / ERP platforms
- Basic understanding of software licensing or subscription models
- Prior exposure to reseller, distributor, or partner-facing environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a related field, or currently in the final year of study
- Based in Skopje, North Macedonia
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- No or very limited travel required
- Strong entry point into EMEA channel sales operations
- Hands-on exposure to global partners and cross-functional internal stakeholders
- Practical experience working with CRM, ERP, and license management systems
- Clear growth path into Channel Operations, Partner Operations, or Channel Management
