Position: HR Manager
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Position Summary: Leads the Daily HR Operations. Primary Responsibilities include Leading: The Audit & Compliance Functions, Benefits & Compensation Programs, Management Liaison, Strategic alignment of Human Capital with Business Goals / Oversee: Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Fostering a Productive and Inclusive Culture.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Audit Management Liaison - Serve as the primary point of contact for Internal & External Audits and Compliance Matters.
- Benefits Administration.
- Compensation Management including Payroll oversight.
- Oversee in-house Recruiter and aid in employee retention.
- Oversee in-house Talent & Development Manager.
- EE Performance Issues and Performance Review Process.
- Employee Experience: - Conflict Resolution. - Wellness. - Employee/Company Events. - Ombudsman for Employees.
- Strategic Planning / Management Liaison.
- Overall Supervision of Four (4) person HR Department.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field; or equivalent education and experience.
- Years Prior Human Resources Management & Compliance / Audit Experience.
- Knowledge Local, State & Federal Employment Laws & Regulations related to
- Employee Matters.
- Proficiency in HR Processes, HRIS Systems & Apps (i.e. ADP, Paylocity) & MSOffice.
- Strong Organizational, Analytical & Problems Solving Skills
- Attention to detail and ability to align HR Programs with Company Goals
- Ability to Communicate Effectively with all Levels of Personnel and exhibit emotional intelligence.
- Effective Conflict Resolution and Fostering an Environment of Trust.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work comfortably in a paperless environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to hear.
- Ability to speak clearly.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
