About This Position

Description:

Position: HR Manager

Department: Human Resources

Reports to: Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Position Summary: Leads the Daily HR Operations. Primary Responsibilities include Leading: The Audit & Compliance Functions, Benefits & Compensation Programs, Management Liaison, Strategic alignment of Human Capital with Business Goals / Oversee: Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Fostering a Productive and Inclusive Culture.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Audit Management Liaison - Serve as the primary point of contact for Internal & External Audits and Compliance Matters.
  • Benefits Administration.
  • Compensation Management including Payroll oversight.
  • Oversee in-house Recruiter and aid in employee retention.
  • Oversee in-house Talent & Development Manager.
  • EE Performance Issues and Performance Review Process.
  • Employee Experience: - Conflict Resolution. - Wellness. - Employee/Company Events. - Ombudsman for Employees.
  • Strategic Planning / Management Liaison.
  • Overall Supervision of Four (4) person HR Department.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field; or equivalent education and experience.
  • Years Prior Human Resources Management & Compliance / Audit Experience.
  • Knowledge Local, State & Federal Employment Laws & Regulations related to
  • Employee Matters.
  • Proficiency in HR Processes, HRIS Systems & Apps (i.e. ADP, Paylocity) & MSOffice.
  • Strong Organizational, Analytical & Problems Solving Skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to align HR Programs with Company Goals
  • Ability to Communicate Effectively with all Levels of Personnel and exhibit emotional intelligence.
  • Effective Conflict Resolution and Fostering an Environment of Trust.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a paperless environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to hear.
  • Ability to speak clearly.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
