Finance Manager III at Hunterdon Health Care System – Flemington, New Jersey

Responsible for the daily accounting functions of Midjersey Health Corporation & affiliates (Hunterdon Center for Surgery, Hunterdon Imaging Associates, and Delaware Valley Office Associates) and Hunterdon Healthcare LLC.

1. Preparation of monthly financial statements of all above companies and Midjersey consolidated financial statement including variance analysis.
2. Preparation of annual tax return information for all for profit returns and 990 returns excluding Hunterdon Medical Center.
3. Preparation of financial reporting package for Board of Directors.
4. Administrator of 401(k) plans for Hunterdon Center for Surgery & Hunterdon Healthcare LLC.
5. Assist Directors in preparation of operating and capital budgets.
6. Review and analyze all new program requests related to the entities.
7. Ensure that all operating leases have current terms and that extensions/renewals are appropriately evaluated.
