Wages
$16.00 per hour

Schedule
This is a regular, part-time position that will work every other weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) from 3pm-11pm; other shifts will be available to be picked up as needed. While at HOPE Place, you will likely be the only staff member onsite but will have support from supervisors with a check-in at the beginning of all weekly shifts and with other team members on the weekend. The team at HOPE Place is very strong, engaging and supportive.
Job Summary
HOPE 4 Youth is hiring a HOPE Place Front Desk Associate to provide general front desk and administrative support while maintaining positive interactions with residents and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality front desk support by answering phones and taking messages.
- Check and respond to agency emails each shift to ensure timely communication.
- Engage with residents in a compassionate and respectful manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logbooks and computer records each shift.
- Support agency operations by assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by attending meetings, completing trainings, and offering constructive feedback.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- The ability to make sound judgment, including knowing understanding when to seek supervisor guidance.
- A commitment to equity, inclusion, and working within a diverse, mission-driven environment.
- You are reliable, punctual, and detail oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build respectful relationships while maintaining healthy boundaries.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- The ability to pass a NetStudy background check and fingerprinting.
