Low Voltage Technician at The Archetype Strategy – Kansas City, Missouri

Location: Tiffany Springs, MO
Start Date: February (Contract Position)

We are seeking a skilled Low-Voltage Technician for a contract position beginning in February in Tiffany Springs, Missouri. This role involves the installation, testing, and support of low-voltage systems, with a primary focus on camera systems and speaker installations in both indoor and outdoor environments.

• Install, configure, and test indoor and outdoor security camera systems

• Install and mount indoor and outdoor speaker systems

• Run, terminate, and label low-voltage cabling in accordance with industry standards

• Ensure installations meet project specifications, safety requirements, and local codes

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic system or connectivity issues

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite

• Communicate effectively with project managers and other team members

• Follow all company safety, PPE, and jobsite requirements

• Experience as a Low-Voltage Technician or similar role

• Hands-on experience with camera and speaker installations

• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various conditions

• Familiarity with low-voltage cabling, tools, and termination techniques

• Ability to read and follow basic wiring diagrams and installation plans

• Reliable transportation and ability to arrive on-site as scheduled

• Strong attention to detail and workmanship

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to lift and carry equipment as required

• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights

• Ability to stand, bend, and work on job sites for extended periods
