CALIBRE is seeking a Property Book Technician to support logistics and property accountability operations within a forward-deployed environment in Area Support Group – Jordan (ASG – Jordan).
The Property Book Technician supports property accountability, inventory management, and equipment visibility operations in accordance with Army regulations and theater-specific guidance. This role ensures accurate tracking, reporting, and management of government property across multiple units and locations.
Minimum Qualifications (Required for Submission)- Minimum of three (3) years of U.S. Army Property Book experience within the last seven (7) years
- Hands-on experience with GCSS-Army at the Property Book level
- Working knowledge of DST, AESIP, and eFLIPL systems
- Maintain and manage property book records in accordance with AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and applicable policies
- Process transactions and updates within GCSS-Army and supporting systems
- Conduct and analyze cyclic and sensitive item inventories
- Review and manage lateral transfers, due-in documents, and property adjustments
- Prepare required DA and DD forms, memorandums, and supporting documentation
- Provide readiness analysis and identify shortages, excess, and disposition requirements
- Support change of command inventories and property accountability briefings
- Coordinate receipt and fielding of new equipment and modernization items
- Ensure compliance with Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) standards
- Experience in property book, supply, or logistics operations
- Experience supporting Army or DoD logistics environments preferred
