The Registration Authority Officer manages registration operations for DOE/NNSA classified networks according to the Registration Practice Statement (RPS).

Key duties include:

• Enforcing PKI policies and procedures
• Handling token distribution

Additional responsibilities cover:

RA Officers, designated as trusted roles, specifically approve System and Device certificates. They also support agency Trusted Agents and collaborate with PKI staff, including System Administrators and Security Auditors.
