We’re currently looking for a Project Sales Specialist – Hospitality Furniture to support our customers and drive new business opportunities. If you excel at building relationships, managing inquiries, and providing smart solutions that help clients move their projects forward, this role is a great fit for you!
What You’ll Do
This role is highly collaborative, working closely with our network of external sales agents to support and develop hospitality furniture opportunities. While much of the work involves partnering with agents on shared accounts and incoming leads, the Project Sales Specialist is also expected to independently manage select projects and territories not covered by an agent—balancing teamwork with autonomous project execution.
- Manage incoming leads from external agents and handle direct leads in non‑agent territories.
- Proactively search for new opportunities through industry channels and development pipelines.
- Maintain CRM accuracy, pipeline visibility, and sales forecasting.
- Build relationships with owners, procurement firms, designers, and brand representatives.
- Review client plans and specifications for feasibility and alignment with manufacturing capabilities.
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and value‑engineering options.
- Support product selection to meet brand standards and budgets.
- Oversee shop drawing reviews, ensuring accuracy and timely approvals.
- Coordinate with product development to manage timelines, samples, and project milestones.
- Negotiate pricing and terms within guidelines.
What You Bring
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of hospitality project cycles, architectural floor plans, procurement processes, and designer workflows.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a polished, professional presence.
- Ability to balance multiple projects with impeccable follow-through and attention to detail.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in inside sales, hospitality sales, design industry sales, or related sales support roles.
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms.
