This role is a high-impact consulting position focused on delivering Salesforce-based solutions for enterprise clients, with a strong emphasis on non-profit and association environments. You will act as both a functional expert and solution advisor, translating business needs into scalable, efficient Salesforce implementations. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative consulting setting, you will engage directly with clients to define requirements, shape solution design, and ensure successful delivery across complex projects. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, particularly in business analysis and solution crafting. You will collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and data specialists to ensure aligned, high-quality outcomes. - Provide business analysis consulting across multi-phase, multi-platform enterprise Salesforce implementation projects.
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and solution designs.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and deliver innovative Salesforce solutions addressing complex functional gaps.
- Serve as a mentor and advisor to junior consultants, supporting knowledge sharing and capability development.
- Work directly with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication, alignment, and successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to ensure timely, high-quality, and budget-aligned deliverables.
- Contribute to process governance, project methodologies, and continuous improvement across delivery practices.
- Support data-related needs by working with data analysts and ensuring accurate system and reporting requirements.
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in consulting, professional services, or large enterprise environments.
- 3+ years of experience supporting technology or SaaS implementation projects.
- At least 2 years of experience independently leading requirements gathering and analysis for implementation initiatives.
- Hands-on Salesforce implementation or administration experience.
- Strong ability to design and deliver effective, scalable solutions for complex business challenges.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with confidence working with external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work in structured, fast-paced consulting environments.
- Nice to have: experience in non-profit or association sectors, or with platforms such as AMS, MS Dynamics, NetForum, Personify, Aptify, Impexium, or Salesforce nonprofit solutions (e.g., Nimble AMS, Fonteva).
