Job Description

Senior Product Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager in Canada.

This role offers the opportunity to shape and scale a core product domain within a leading enterprise platform focused on digital accessibility. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and innovation, driving outcomes across multiple engineering squads. The position is highly cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful, AI-enabled product experiences. You will define and evolve product strategy, translate it into actionable roadmaps, and ensure consistent delivery against measurable business and customer outcomes. A strong emphasis is placed on leveraging AI and data-driven approaches to improve product discovery, experimentation, and delivery. This is a high-impact role for a senior product leader who thrives in complex environments and enjoys solving meaningful customer problems at scale.

Accountabilities
  • Own and drive the strategy for a significant product area, ensuring alignment with broader platform and company objectives.
  • Translate product vision into multi-quarter roadmaps, clear priorities, and measurable success metrics.
  • Lead execution across multiple squads, ensuring delivery of high-quality outcomes rather than output alone.
  • Drive AI-enabled product discovery and delivery practices, including experimentation, prototyping, and iterative improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to design, build, and refine AI-powered product capabilities.
  • Ensure product initiatives are grounded in customer insights, data analysis, and market signals.
  • Engage directly with enterprise customers to validate problems, refine solutions, and improve product direction.
  • Balance innovation with platform scalability, technical constraints, and long-term product health.
  • Act as a mentor and thought partner to other product managers, raising overall team capability and standards.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to communicate trade-offs, risks, and strategic decisions clearly and effectively.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with proven success operating at a senior or lead level.
  • Experience owning strategy and execution for complex SaaS or platform-based products.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver outcomes across multiple squads or large product domains.
  • Strong technical fluency, with understanding of modern web architectures and system design principles.
  • Experience working on AI-enabled, data-driven, or highly analytical product features.
  • Strong data literacy, including defining KPIs, running experiments, and linking product decisions to business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in enterprise, developer-focused, or technically complex product environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with digital accessibility standards, inclusive design, or compliance-driven workflows.
  • Background in engineering, data, or technical roles is a plus.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary with bonus opportunities.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health and wellness coverage.
  • Generous paid time off and paid holidays.
  • Flexible work environment supporting work-life balance.
  • Opportunity to work on impactful, large-scale accessibility and AI-driven products.
  • Strong emphasis on learning, experimentation, and professional growth.
  • Collaborative, cross-functional environment with senior-level influence and autonomy.
