About This Position

This is a leadership role for someone who knows how to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll guide your team to exceed goals, build strong relationships with customers and partners, and continuously improve how we sell and serve.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals, creating an environment where people feel motivated, supported, and accountable
- Build and execute a clear sales strategy that aligns with company goals and adapts as the market evolves
- Own team performance, including revenue, profitability, and retention targets
- Partner closely with marketing and other sales leaders to generate pipeline and deliver a seamless customer experience
- Establish and maintain relationships with senior leaders across strategic accounts and channel partners
- Ensure consistent, effective use of Salesforce and sales processes across the team
- Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and order processing
- Manage team budget and staffing to align with growth goals
- Represent Daxko in the market with credibility, insight, and a strong understanding of industry trends
- Hire and grow a diverse, high-performing team through thoughtful recruiting, coaching, and feedback
- Create clarity around expectations and provide regular, actionable performance guidance
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Support career development by helping team members build skills and navigate growth opportunities
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals in SaaS, enterprise, or relationship-driven sales environments
- Experience leading teams and driving results in fast-paced, evolving organizations
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate strategy into execution
- Confidence building relationships with senior stakeholders and earning trust quickly
- Clear, effective communication skills across a range of audiences
- A thoughtful, data-informed approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize what matters most
- Bachelor’s degree with 3–5+ years of relevant sales or account management experience, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in SaaS and/or technology-driven solutions
- Demonstrated success leading teams and navigating change
Nice to have:
- MBA or similar advanced degree
- Additional experience in enterprise or boutique sales environments
