Job Description

This is a leadership role for someone who knows how to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll guide your team to exceed goals, build strong relationships with customers and partners, and continuously improve how we sell and serve.

What you’ll do
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals, creating an environment where people feel motivated, supported, and accountable
  • Build and execute a clear sales strategy that aligns with company goals and adapts as the market evolves
  • Own team performance, including revenue, profitability, and retention targets
  • Partner closely with marketing and other sales leaders to generate pipeline and deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior leaders across strategic accounts and channel partners
  • Ensure consistent, effective use of Salesforce and sales processes across the team
  • Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and order processing
  • Manage team budget and staffing to align with growth goals
  • Represent Daxko in the market with credibility, insight, and a strong understanding of industry trends

What you bring
  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals in SaaS, enterprise, or relationship-driven sales environments
  • Experience leading teams and driving results in fast-paced, evolving organizations
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate strategy into execution
  • Confidence building relationships with senior stakeholders and earning trust quickly
  • Clear, effective communication skills across a range of audiences
  • A thoughtful, data-informed approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize what matters most
Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3–5+ years of relevant sales or account management experience, or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in SaaS and/or technology-driven solutions
  • Demonstrated success leading teams and navigating change
Nice to have:
  • MBA or similar advanced degree
  • Additional experience in enterprise or boutique sales environments
