Responsibilities

The AI Engineer-Senior leads the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI-powered applications that solve complex business problems. This role provides technical leadership in the architecture of AI solutions, including machine learning systems, generative AI workflows, and scalable production deployments. The AI Engineer-Senior collaborates closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define technical approaches, ensures solution reliability and performance, and mentors other engineers while advancing the organization's AI capabilities.

Qualifications

Required:

• Five or more years of experience in software engineering, ML engineering, or applied AI development

Desired:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or IT-related field
