This role is focused on leading organizational change management initiatives within complex transformation environments. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and strategic initiatives across multiple stakeholders. Acting as a key driver of change, you will design and execute change management strategies, support communication and training efforts, and facilitate engagement across global and local teams. The position requires strong interaction with business and technical stakeholders, with a focus on alignment, adoption, and sustainable transformation outcomes. You will work in dynamic, fast-paced projects where your ability to influence, communicate, and structure change will directly impact project success and organizational maturity.
In this position, you will lead change management strategies and support organizational transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems across business areas.
- Develop and execute change management strategies for transformation projects.
- Engage and align stakeholders across different levels and regions to ensure adoption.
- Support communication plans, training initiatives, and internal awareness campaigns.
- Act as a key advisor in organizational change within technology, process, and digital projects.
- Monitor change impacts and support mitigation plans to reduce resistance and risks.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment between delivery and adoption goals.
- Participate in global interactions and discussions, ensuring consistent communication in English.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in transformation environments and a solid background in change management, with the ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders in complex scenarios.
- Experience in transformation projects (technology, processes, or digital initiatives).
- Proven experience in change management within dynamic and complex environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Advanced/Fluent English for global communication and interaction.
- Experience working in multicultural or distributed team environments.
