This role is focused on leading organizational change management initiatives within complex transformation environments. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and strategic initiatives across multiple stakeholders. Acting as a key driver of change, you will design and execute change management strategies, support communication and training efforts, and facilitate engagement across global and local teams. In this position, you will lead change management strategies and support organizational transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems across business areas.

• Develop and execute change management strategies for transformation projects.
• Engage and align stakeholders across different levels and regions to ensure adoption.
• Support communication plans, training initiatives, and internal awareness campaigns.
• Act as a key advisor in organizational change within technology, process, and digital projects.
• Monitor change impacts and support mitigation plans to reduce resistance and risks.
