Location: Green Bay, WI, USA

Shift: 1st Shift

Work model: On-Site

Schedule: FULLTIME; Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Job overview:

Schneider is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in Green Bay to analyze data and develop automated systems for the organization's operations team. The Business Systems Analyst will enhance our current automation systems and data science platforms to help reduce costs and improve performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Have a deep knowledge of the transportation industry, business processes and Schneider's technology to help support customers, carriers and internal associates.
  • Develop, test and implement automation tools.
  • Identify technology and process inefficiencies and present potential solutions.
  • Create and maintain documentation regarding decision support tools and automation processes.
  • Understand new and existing analytical systems and tools.
  • Research, monitor and analyze data to produce business insights.
  • Design and develop dashboards and reports.
  • Provide technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining and data cleansing.

Skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, computer science or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • Expert in Windows-based applications.
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or Python.
  • Understanding of data modeling concepts (tables, relationships, keys).
  • Knowledge of ETL concepts and common data formats (CSV, JSON, XML).
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Oracle).
  • Strong analytical aptitude.
  • Strong attention to detail.
