At BPG, we’re looking for a working Regional Maintenance Supervisor who will oversee 736 units. Someone who knows their way around tools, isn’t afraid to jump in, and can lead a crew while getting the job done right.
If you’ve worked in apartments, construction, facilities, hotels, or skilled trades—and you're ready to take ownership—this is your shot.
What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day)
- Lead and work alongside your maintenance team, this is a hands-on role
- Manage unit turns, inspections, and get apartments ready on time
- Ensuring timely completion of work orders and delivering a great resident experience
- Keep the property clean, safe, and running smoothly
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
- Overseeing preventive maintenance schedules, inventories, and supply management
- Work with vendors and make sure jobs are done right and on schedule
- Support emergency calls: nights, weekends, weather-related issues
Who you are
- You’ve led a crew before or are ready to step up
- You know HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- You show up, get it done, and take pride in your work
- You can juggle multiple jobs without things slipping
- You communicate clearly, with your team and with residents
Requirements
- 3+ years in maintenance, facilities, construction, or trades
- Previous supervisor or lead experience preferred
- EPA certification required
- OSHA certification required
- HVAC Universal is a strong plus
- Valid driver’s license required
Physical Work
This job is active, you’ll be on your feet, climbing, lifting, fixing, and moving throughout the day (lifting up to 50 lbs).
