We are seeking a full-time Special Service Supervisor who is passionate about creating clean, organized, and safe environments for our clients. You’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout your assigned client sites while working with a supportive team that values excellence and integrity.
Shift:
Friday-Tuesday 3:30PM-12:00AM with possible overtime
Pay:
$28-30 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Train all team members on the safe performance of their assigned tasks. Ensure all safety policies and practices are followed, including reporting of incidents.
- Run Paylocity training the first Tuesday of each month
- Continually train new hires and current employees to build their skill set for all aspects of the job.
- Work with the Operations Manager to review and control labor and supply costs for assigned accounts on a weekly basis. Ensure that it conforms to budgetary standards and sound operational standards/quality.
- Inspect assigned accounts quarterly. Ensure the work performed meets customer quality standards for account retention.
- Work directly with Whatcom and Everett Janitor Operations Supervisors for building access, and inspection results.
- Work with the Operations Manager to develop work schedules. Complete time keeping for the team and make schedule adjustments as needed.
- Provide fill-in services for Special Service Techs, and the Janitorial Operations Supervisor where needed.
- Ensure that all company programs and policies are followed.
- Maintain inventory, supply, and equipment needs for assigned accounts. Deliver equipment and materials as needed.
- Report vehicle, equipment and staffing issues to the Operations Manager
- Is responsible for training, reviewing, correcting, and recommending the employment termination of employees.
- Is responsible for resolving day-to-day operational of the special services for the Everett and Whatcom branches.
- Notify the Operations Manager of any issues for documentation purposes.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Operations Manager.
- High School Diploma, College Education, and/or minimum 3 years related facility service work experience.
- 2 years minimum of leadership or supervisor experience
- Outstanding verbal and written skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the janitorial industry, coupled with a strong knowledge of cleaning products.
- Ability to work independently and with good judgment.
- Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Special Service industry.
- Staff development experience and Client Service skills required.
- Outstanding verbal and written skills.
- Strong knowledge of computer software programs.
- Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Successful completion of a background check
