Title: T+L Relationship Specialist

Department: Travel + Leisure | Relationship Management Team
Location: Franklin, TN (In-Office)
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Your Role:

As a T+L Relationship Specialist, you’ll be the trusted guide for our clients, working closely with the team to deliver timely, professional, and compassionate service.

  • Work collaboratively to manage client files from start to finish.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is submitted on time.
  • Communicate updates clearly and promptly to clients.
  • Manage live calls, emails, and team chats while maintaining Salesforce records.
  • Provide personalized support to ensure clients understand every step of the process.
What You Bring:
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A positive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and GSuite.
  • Prior customer service experience – a must!
