Key Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service at all times
• Prepare and serve food items according to company recipes and quality standards
• Transact incoming orders promptly and ensure incoming orders POS system accurately and handle transactions responsibly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, food prep areas, and service areas
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Stock and replenish food, beverages, and supplies as needed
• Monitor product freshness and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers regarding tasks, issues, and customer needs
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance while representing the company

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, up to 9 hours per shift
• Occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance
• Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
