Job Summary
This position is responsible for the sale of all the organization’s products with primary emphasis on Data Processing and Optical Imaging Services. This position sells the Company's products and services using technical, organizational, and client knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying the products/services to their needs resulting in revenue generation. In addition, the position provides input and participates in the marketing, market planning and technical development of products and services.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Manages company resources for the most effective way to generate new business.
  • Maintains a professional and courteous attitude with staff and business contacts.
  • Presenting the products or services in a structured professional way face to face.
  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, via telephone calls, and emails.
  • Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets.
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
  • Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
  • Reviewing sales performance and adjusting meet or exceed targets.
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ business needs and requirements.
  • Making accurate recommendations for products and services to meet the customer’s need.
  • Closing the sale.
  • Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues.
  • Communicates with supervisor regarding all pertinent problems, irregularities, new development, changes and other important information within area of responsibility.
  • Performs other duties as assigned and supports all areas of the company and its affiliates.

Other Requirements
  • A four (4) year college degree in Business, Marketing, or MIS plus one to two years related experience and/or training in sales, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work some evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
  • Ability to travel and provide own transportation.
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Must be bondable
