About the role:

As a Financial Analyst at TQL, you will become a key member of our FP&A Corporate Consolidation team, where you'll gain unparalleled exposure to critical business functions and senior leadership. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop deep expertise in Hyperion Essbase while contributing to essential financial processes, including month-end close, forecasting, planning, and ad hoc analysis.

What youll be doing:

• Support month-end close, forecasting, planning, and ad hoc analysis for finance leadership.
• Serve as a Hyperion Essbase SME, assisting with troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancements. Prior Essbase experience is preferred but not required.
• Consolidate financial results and forecasts for corporate functions.
• Collaborate with the manager to prepare review materials for presentations to business and finance leaders.
• Promote a positive and collaborative team environment, actively engaging in training, mentoring, and self-development opportunities.
• Identify, propose, and implement process improvements across departments, driving innovation in financial and operational workflows.
• Develop and present solutions to business and financial challenges using a combination of analytical tools and expertise.
  

What you need:

• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, information systems or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant business or analytical experience.
• Experience with Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Netsuite or Anaplan required
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using tools such as Excel including arrays and advanced formulas (Power Query and SQL knowledge is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills (ability to troubleshoot Tier 1 Hyperion Essbase issues is preferred).
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
