Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: The Facility Coordinator supports the overall success of the department, clients, and facility through facilitating strong communication between the care team and clients to ensure effective day-to-day operations of the facility. In addition, this position is responsible for providing client education, skill development, and support, as well as performing administrative duties that enhance overall continuity of care and positive outcomes for our clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5 years of relevant technical experience which may include experience working with or for social welfare systems (i.e. foster care, behavioral health agencies, medical setting)
  • 1 year of general office/clerical experience
  • Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training required within 30 days of employment
  • BLSP required within 30 days of employment
  • Peer Support Professional I required within 18 months of employment.
