Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a positive dining experience
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Handle customer requests and complaints promptly and effectively
• Clear tables and reset them for new guests when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with side work, such as rolling silverware, washing bar glasses, and cleaning tables
• Work well as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude
• Maintain knowledge of the menu items and be able to easily identify each item
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
