Job Responsibilities
• Manage reimbursement processes through ERP systems and coordinate vendor
payments for all regions, collaborating closely with the internal sales and finance
team.
• Organize and maintain sales order data using internal ERP systems, format
database reports, and provide updates to the sales team regularly.
• Oversee the production and timely delivery of marketing materials and
promotional assets, including brochures, banners, posters, and gifts, ensuring
accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Coordinate the packaging and shipment of promotional gifts, working with the
service team and shipping companies to ensure smooth delivery.
• Partner with internal logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of
orders to clients and customers.
• Assist the sales team with order processing during business travel or peak
times.
• Ad Hoc tasks, perform other duties as assigned to support team operations and
objectives.
Job Requirements
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales support, event coordination, or administrative
roles preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and
writing abilities.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and the ability to work
collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
