Bartender – Morning Shift (10am-6pm)

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly and take beverage orders accurately

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following established recipes and standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area before, during, and after shifts

- Ensure responsible alcohol service and adhere to all legal and company policies

- Manage cash register and process payments efficiently

- Monitor guest behavior and intervene when necessary to promote a safe environment

- Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous bartending experience preferred, especially morning shifts

- Knowledge of drink recipes, alcohol laws, and responsible service practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights

- Must be at least 21 years old and possess relevant certifications (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) if required
