Description: Production Manager

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Production Manager will lead manufacturing operations, increase output, and improve efficiency and production predictability. This hands-on role focuses on building repeatable processes, eliminating bottlenecks, and developing a strong production team to support company growth.

Key responsibilities:
Manage daily production scheduling, workflow, labor, materials, capacity, and quality.
Establish production targets and KPIs; standardize SOPs and work instructions; and apply lean principles to reduce
waste, rework, costs, and lead times.
Collaborate with Engineering and Purchasing to resolve production issues.
Strengthen ERP-supported planning, work-order execution, and inventory accuracy.
Coach employees, identify training needs, establish accountability, and maintain safety and quality compliance.

Qualifications:
Candidates should bring 57 years of progressive manufacturing management experience, including direct
oversight of operations and personnel, with demonstrated success improving output and efficiency.
Strong production planning, scheduling, capacity management, quality control, leadership, analytical,
communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with manufacturing ERP proficiency.
SAP experience, ERP optimization or operational transformation experience, and a background in low-volume, high-
complexity, engineered-to-order or configurable equipment manufacturing are preferred.
A bachelors degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, Business Management, or a related
field is preferred.
