Construction or property inspection experience is helpful but not required. Reliability matters most! Simply visit assigned residential construction sites, take clear interior and exterior progress photos using our mobile app, and submit them to our reporting team.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation.

• Flexible schedule: Inspections are assigned as needed, typically with 2448 hours notice, with a turn time of approximately 48 hours.

Essential Physical Requirements:

• This role requires the ability to navigate uneven terrain and climb stairs during site inspections. The candidate must be able to perform these functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
