Overview

Some people light up when they get to solve a problem for someone. As a Client Sales Advisor, you'll talk with business owners about how they take payments, spot where their current setup is costing them, and show them something better. When it clicks, you'll close the sale and get them started.

Before your first conversation you'll have full training, a clear playbook, and a team you can lean on any time. Owners tend to welcome a conversation about saving money, so you start on good footing. This is a full-time role, and pay is performance based, so your earnings follow the accounts you bring on, with bonuses for strong months.

What You'll Do

• Open conversations with business owners and build quick rapport
• Learn how each business runs and what its payment setup costs today
• Recommend a payment and point-of-sale option that fits
• Talk through questions and concerns, then ask for the sale
• See each new account through setup and the first few weeks
• Keep notes, follow-ups and next steps current in the CRM

What We're Looking For

• Warm, upbeat communicator who enjoys persuading
• Driven and steady, with good follow-through
• Coachable and quick to learn a new system
• Sales, retail, hospitality or customer service background is a plus
