Job Overview:
Graff Masonry Inc. is seeking experienced and motivated Masonry Technician to join our high-performing Field Operations team. This full-time, on-site role involves laying brick, block, and stone for residential, commercial, and industrial masonry projects. Key Responsibilities:
Lay brick and stone veneer with precision and quality.
Set and align block walls from below grade to finished height.
Construct block leads that are level, plumb, and on-course.
Read and follow project plans and specifications.
Maintain safe and clean work environments.
Collaborate with field crew members and foremen.
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Qualifications:
2+ years of masonry experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Skilled in laying block, brick, and stone for various applications.
Able to build leads accurately and maintain coursing.
Comfortable working outdoors and performing physically demanding tasks.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Valid drivers license preferred (not required).
No specific certifications required.

Based out of our shop with job sites within 1-hour radius
