We're hiring a Pest Control Technician who is also capable of performing light maintenance and repair work. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in a job well done.

Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled pest control services (residential and commercial)
- Identify infestations and determine appropriate treatment plans
- Apply pesticides and other treatments in accordance with regulations and safety protocols
- Perform general maintenance and light repair work as needed, including sealing points of entry.
- Maintain accurate service records and logs
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ensure proper use and care of tools, equipment, and vehicles

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and transportation
- Prior experience in pest control or general maintenance preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying environmental conditions
- Good communication and customer service skills
